Getting Started

Set up CorpAI and start using AI tools in your organization.

Prerequisites

• CorpAI account (contact sales@corpai.io)
• AWS account with admin access
• AWS Access Key ID and Secret Access Key

1. Provision Infrastructure

1. Log in to app.corpai.io 
2. Go to Settings → Infrastructure Setup
3. Enter your AWS credentials and select a region
4. Run each provisioning step (VPC → RDS → Cache → EKS → Bedrock → Schema)

Total time: ~45-60 minutes. See Setup Guide for details.

2. Complete Setup

After infrastructure is ready:

1. Create a cross-account IAM role (instructions)
2. Deploy the Data Plane API
3. Wait for health status to show Healthy

3. Add Credentials

For MCP servers that require credentials, add service credentials in the settings page prior to deploying the MCP server.

1. Go to Settings → Credentials
2. Add credentials for each service:
   • GitHub: Personal Access Token
   • Atlassian: API Token

4. Deploy MCP Servers

1. Go to MCP Servers
2. Browse available servers (GitHub, Jira, databases, etc.)
3. Click Deploy on the servers you need
4. Wait for status to show “Running”

5. Configure Access

1. Go to Policies
2. Create policies mapping tools to users/teams

6. Assign Tools

1. Go to Directory
2. Select a user
3. Assign MCP server tools access

7. Start Using Tools

1. Go to Chat
2. Ask questions that use your tools:
   • “What are my open GitHub issues?”
   • “Create a Jira ticket for the login bug”

8. Add Documents to Knowledge Base

1. Go to Knowledge Base
2. Upload documents (PDF, DOCX, TXT)
3. Documents are processed and available for AI-powered search and Q&A

9. Invite Your Team

1. Go to Directory
2. Invite members by email
